Just saw your demand by surfing on the site.
I could tell you a bit.
In France we are living the 3rd wave of corona.
Schools will soon be close again.
Last year I worked in a new job, that I had chosen and for this I took a formation and had exams. To work in an accountant enterprise , doing salaries to people, according french laws, and all that concerns their life in the enterprise.
But with the covid, It became awful : we had to work at home, ok.
But our 35 hours per week were transformed into 60 hours and more, for the same pay !!!! Also, by the meantime, my mother got ill and the doctor did not do good.
He gave her medics, but the day after she was to Hospital and her heart stopped...
They managed to wake her, but she remained 2weeks between life and death.
In fact, she had a scepticemia. All her body was very bad and she must had parts of her feet cut !!!!! She stayed 5months and a half at hospital, during pandemia, which makes we could only see her once a week.
Plus the children who did not have school and I have a daughter.
So, these 3 reasons made that I quit my job.
First to help my mum (I called her very often to make her brain work again, etc...) and to help my father who was very sad and alone without his wife.
Then for my daughter I had abandonned for 2 months (no time to help her) and my husband is not good enough to help.
And finally to rest, because I was exhausted.
Result : I am changing my way of seing the world, what is important, even though I get less money and have to be very careful.
I want now to go back to work, find a new job, but..... schools will be close again with the 3rd wave !!!
So I spoke with my husband and we think it is easier to wait September, the new school year, for me to go back to work.
