I'd like to starts a letter/email, etc exchange with students from other countries. My students have a low level in English I think this will be a great opportunity to motivate them. Years ago I met schools from France, Germany and Greece. Now I don't mind if the school is in an English spoken country and your students want to practice Spanish. Please contact me. I currently teach Spanish to students from age 7-11 and our school is looking to set up a penpal project to start teaching after Easter (so that they can write a letter in Spanish by the end of May).
