Breast stroke
In swimming breast stroke is the most technique stroke in swimming.
Kick
Know breast stroke kick is a lot like writing it can't be to broad or too narrow it has to be just right. Also you need to be up you ankles to butt and then swipe.
Pull
You want to be able to catch water so you arm should be wide then grip the water making you move forward this helps your kick.
Pull out'
You don't want to be to quick . You need to be to take it longer so i am going to give you some advice. Know when you push off the wall keep it tight when 3 seconds go by take a pull with a dolphin kick then wait 2 seconds then recover with breast stroke hands and breast kick wait 2 seconds then pull for your first stroke.
