1.a swimming pool is 25 meters minimum and maximum 100.
2.there are many disciplines according to the techniques you do.
3.There are 4 main techniques. Freestyle,Backstroke,Breaststroke,Butterfly/dolphin

Je me fixe beaucoup d’objectifs c’est Un bon moyen pour avancer ! Surtout dans ce sport en particulier qui demande une technicité extrême et une performance toujours mise à rude épreuve. Même avec des blessures je nage, (tendinite, entorse, nerf bloqué...) on a pas le droit d’avoir de pause dans cette discipline un arrêt et tous est perdu et l’on doit recommencer. L’eau est le meilleur remède contre les problèmes et les petits ou gros bobos 😂. Sur ce à bientôt |

I have been learning to swim about 1 year. It is fun but I do not like swim backwards. I cannot see and it scares me. My teacher says keep trying and my mummy help me. I am scared to jump in but I keep try. I will be going to swim with school next two weeks. Hope if I do with friends I be not so scared. |
