Salut tout le monde ! je tombe sur votre forum par hasard mais vous avez raison !! c'est génial le vélo !! ça fait deux étés que je fais du vélo avec mon frère et qu 'on fait le tour des pays européens et franchement ... rien ne vaut le vélo pour voyager !! On rencontre plein de monde de nationalités différentes, on se dépasse lorsqu'on monte des cols ( j'ai cru que j'allais mourir quand on a fait toute les Alpes !) mais à la fin, c 'est génial, moi je ne tiens plus en place j'ai toujours besoin de bouger et de faire le tour de tous les pays ! Peut être les Etats unis l'année prochaine et le tour du monde dans les 5ans à venir ! |

I'm into Freeriding and dirt jumping. I tryed downhill for a bit but I only have a freeride bike so it didn't go so well.
Where do you go riding? I'd love to go over to france sometime to ride, the tracks look amazing over there.
I've got a scott voltage fr and a cannondale chase (dirt jumper). I guessing by your name you have a scott gambler.

ich fahre jeden Tag ca 35 min mit den Fahrrad zur Schule und es ist jedes mal super. Ich kann sogar länger ausschlafen da ich schnellere wege kenne, als der Bus fährt.
Außerdem ist es einfach wunderschön im Sommer durch den Wald zu fahren und dabei musik zu hörnen. Und du kannst fahren wann du willst und halten wann du wills z. B. an einen Fluss und lesen. |

Hallo! Ich heisse Rebecca. Heute spreche ich über wie ich mich fit halte. Gesund
zu bleiben, ist sehr wichtig für mich. Gute Speisen zu essen, ist wo es anfängt Ich liebe Früchte
und Gemüse. Kleinigkeiten zum Essen sind gewöhnlich etwas mit Erdnusser. In dem Summer
liebe ich Wassermelon. Und ich trinken viel Wasser während des Tages.
Ich fahre Fahrrad um gesund zu bleiben. Es gibt einen Pfad, der ist zwölf Meilen lang. Ich
gehe Samstag Morgen stundenlang fahren. Und ich bin zurück zur Mittagszeit. Ich mag fahren,
währed die Sonne hinabgeht.
Yoga ist ein anderer Weg, mi dem ich fit bleibe. Ich bin zum ersten Mal im Juli nach Nord
Karolina gegangen. Das war einem kleinen Studio in der Hauptstraße. Wir waren von Bergen
umgeben. Die Klasse hat mich entspannt und hat mich ausgestreckt. Jedar war auf dem Atmen
konzentriet. Ich habe die Kinderposition gemacht. Fit zu sein, ist eine tägliche Aufgabe, aber ich
genieße es.

Unglaublich, daß Du Dich für Spaß fit hälst! Hmm, ich hätte andere Ideen für Spassige Aktivitäten! 2. Bespiel im Cafe mit Freunden Kaffee geniessen, ins Kino gehen, im Zentrum ein kaufen gehen. Aber Fahrrad fahren tuhen wir immer! Zur Schule, zum Job, und ins Cafe! Ich wohne in Münster, und die Landschaft ist sehr platt hier, deswegen gehen alle Leute immer per Fahrrad. Schicke mir doch mal ein paar Fotos von Dir auf dem Fahrrad!

I started when I was 8. I think you should go for it because it could open up a lot of possibilities for you in the future and you will love doing it.
