Girls with minds like a thousand stars
Girls who worry if they go to far
Girls with a heart made of glass
Girls who hope the darkness will pass
It blows my mind to see
that their are girls like me
Whose heart has broken a dozen times
Whose soul leaps at every sun rise
Who dreams of tomorrow
instead of relishing today
Its extraordinary that girls are like this
In every which way
And now I wish they were all near
So I could mend their many scars
We would love each other
And show them their is no reason to fear
But now I'm doubting if you exist
Because society I fear
That their mind is fixed
On broken lies
That a woman is an object
That has no different design
