37073 - from Víctor (Peru) - 2010-10-22 : "High School cultural and linguistic exchange" Hello teachers, My name is Víctor,from Perú.I teach English to 11-13 years teens and would like them to meet pen-pals their age to start friendship and a fruitful cultural and linguistic exchange. My students are eager to practice the English they're learning and,in turn,to give some input in their mother tongue,Spanish. They would like to talk about their country,Perú,and its traditions and customs,or its historical wonders such as Macchu Pichu,Sacsayhuaman,Nazca Lines,The Lord of Sipan,etc.,or the natural ones like Amazonas River,Titikaka Lake,Colca Canyon,Marcahuasi Plateau,etc. In return,my students expect their pen-pals to tell about them and their own countries.
