Hi Megan,
My favorite dish from China is Lemon Chicken. My favorite dishes from Europe are crepes, hamburgers, pizza, lasanya, yogurt, and spaghetti. My favorite dish from the UK is breaded and fried fish. My favorite dishes from America are T-bone steak, hotdogs, sweet potatoes, Cranberry Chicken, fish sticks, chicken nuggets, green beans, peanut butter, and jelly. My favorite dishes from Mexico are chips and salsa, rice and beans, enchiladas, and turkey tacos. My favorite dishes from Vietnam are Soy and Ginger flavored rice noodles and spring rolls. My favorite dish from Thailand is Pineapple Curry.

I would have to say that my favorite dish would be from Europe, France, and that it would be the Parmesan Ratatouille. That is the best that I have ever tasted, and normally when I taste it, it is made with Gorgonzola. Weird...
