I totally agree with you. Alot of chating sevices have rules that you have to be at least 18 or older. It's a stupid rule. I'm honestley from NY and I live on a little island connected to NY called Long Island. A fun site with games on it that you can go to that's age apropriate that does not cost any money is called www.miniclip.com. It's alot of fun. You should try a really fun game on it that is called Barack Obamas Alien Invasion. It's alot of fun, you get to blast aliens with different types of guns, it's really fun and it's apropriate.
